Sam specialises in organisational change and helping large organisations scale creativity and innovation using design thinking. Sam worked with IDEO's David Kelly to bring design thinking and customer-focus to SAP's 51,000 employees. This journey was subsequently made into a popular Stanford Business case study.
During this d/Club speaker series fireside event, Sam will cover topics such as:

- Ingredients for successful innovation they don’t teach in design schools

Sam is Head of Commercial Real Estate Digital for JP Morgan Chase, prior to which he was Managing Director and Chief Design Officer of SAP Silicon Valley. During this time, he was also an Associate Professor at Stanford University and Fellow at the world-renowned Stanford d.school - the Hasso Plattner School of Design. Sam is also a founder of the Design at Business network, which brings together thought leaders from 150+ organisations.
