The Design and Innovation Club brings to you the first talk in the Design and Innovation Speaker Series!

Rania Svoronou, Associate Design Director at IBM Interactive Experience, will tell you about the role design thinking plays in business, how the tech industry uses design thinking as a tool for innovation, and her experiences innovating at IBM.

Rania is an Associate Design Director based in London, at IBM Interactive Experience (iX). She is an active speaker, guest lecturer, industry mentor at some of the world’s best universities and has been invited to judge and mentor at many hackathons and design events across Europe.



Rania has won multiple awards recognizing her as one of the best in digital & tech in the UK. She was recognized at the Top 100 Women in Tech UK 2018 and also made it on The Drum list Top 50 under 30 2018, showcasing the highest achieving women making their mark in digital. Rania is a proud Founders of the Future member, launched by Founders Forum and one of her missions is to help bridge the gap between design and business.



She has been interviewed & featured by The Times, BBC, Huffington Post, The Evening Standard, The DRUM, WIRED, Essential Retail, Founders Forum, Forbes, TechCrunch and many more.
