Competitive Debating Weekly Practice Session

In preparation of the upcoming World University Debating Championships 2019 (WUDC), we are organising weekly competitive debating sessions. Anyone interested in participating in the WUDC, or just interested in debating, or just interested in beer... welcome :)

What to expect in the session?

This session aims to introduce you to the basics of competitive debating and will touch on the following topics.

• Basic rules of competitive debating
• Analyzing a topic

You can then practice these skills in a live debate.

P.S. Usually we head to the bar for a few drinks after the session just to let off some steam after and intense debate!
