THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED, WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SAFE TIME TO REARRANGE THE EVENT TO!

Women face many pressures in the workplace that just don't happen to men. Women are much more likely than men to be critisised for sounding "shrill" or for being a "ballbuster", and sometimes its hard not to internalise these critisisms.

The LBS debate and public speaking club has recieved a large number of requests to run a panel event on the gendered differences in attitude towards speaking up, and we are going to be running a panel event looking at the extent of the problem and strategies that can be used to avoid it.

We are overjoyed to host our panel which contains

Kitty Parker-Brooks: World Debating Champion, Debate and Public Speaking coach and Senior Brand Manager at Mars

Ioana Dobra: Managing Director - Accenture Strategy

Adriana Restrepo: Director of People Analytics - Revolut

Rachael Crook:  CEO - Lifted and former McKinsey consultant
