The Energy Club is very excited to welcome Mr. Michael Liebreich, Founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bloomberg New Energy Finance, to London Business School next Wednesday, May 3rd. Michael will be sharing with us perspectives developed over a career which has spanned being an Olympic skier, MBA, entrepreneur, and now leading advisor and commentator on clean energy and sustainable development, globally.

About Michael:
Michael founded New Energy Finance in 2004 and acted as Chairman and CEO until selling it to Bloomberg LP in 2009. He is now Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), the world’s leading provider of information on clean energy and transportation to investors, energy companies, and governments.
Michael also serves on the UN Secretary General’s High-Level Group on Sustainable Energy for All and is a Board Member of Transport for London. He was a long-time member of World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Councils for Sustainable Energy and New Energy Architecture and served on the advisory board of the Clinton Global Initiative’s Energy and Climate Change working group.
