Hear from two LBS MBA alumni about current trends in the energy sector, the transition from consulting to industry and what it takes to start your own
company. ​

We are excited to welcome two LBS MBA Alumni as speakers:​

Geoffrey Hoy (LBS MBA 2021) – Strategy Manager at E.ON, one of the UK's largest energy suppliers. Prior to E.ON, Geoffrey worked for BCG as both a
consulting project leader and as a Climate & Sustainability Ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute. ​

Elise Hoffman (LBS MBA 2024) – Founder at Engramiq, a new venture building AI context layers for solar site operations. Elise has strategy, product and
operational experience at several UK energy startups and scaleups, as well as a background in consulting. ​
