Berlin Start-up, Tech & VC Trek 2015 - deadline EXTENDED

Dear LBS community,

We are happy to announce the LBS Berlin Start-up, Tech & VC Trek 2015 from 9th April until the 12th April. 

Are you looking for an internship in the start-up world? Are you interested in finding an accelerator or venture capital for your start-up (idea)? We can help you!

Please apply for one of the 20 spots until 8th February 2015. Decisions will be announced on 15th February 2015.

This is an amazing opportunity not only for those interested in careers in Entrepreneurship or Venture Capital, but also for those interested in visiting one of Europe’s trendiest and most vibrant capitals. Check this out:

1. Event details:

• Location: Berlin, Germany
• Date:  9th April until 12th April 2015 (to explore the "cultural" aspects of the famous Berlin party and bar scene we recommend to stay for the weekend; hotels rooms are booked from 8th until 12th April)
• Currently planning to visit: Rocket Internet, Twitter, Soundcloud, The Factory, Axel Springer Accelerator, Early Bird Venture Capital, Bettermarks, Smart Lab (electromobility) etc.
• No German language requirements. All companies are very international and hire people without German language skills.
• Parallel events: Please be aware of potential overlap with dates for the London Business Experience (LBE).

2. Logistics/Costs:

• Package: The package price is 330 GBP and will include accommodation, 2 dinner & 1 brunch. 
• Food/ Drinks: Among others we will enjoy the following unique places: DUDU (One of hippest places and best sushi in Berlin), Brunch at Käfer Restaurant on the roof top of the German Reichstag, and many more. 
• Hotel: We will stay in the AMANO hotel in the centre of Berlin. It has a roof terrace and the best location possible! http://www.amanogroup.de/en/hotels/amano/
• Clubbing: despite some requests no spoiler here. ;-) 
• Flights: You will have to book your own flights for arrival on the evening of Wednesday 8th April. Current round-trip tickets range from ~100 GBP.

3. Application process

• Capacity: We are expecting a high number of applications and places are limited to 20
