Join us at London Business School for a candid fireside chat with Luisa Barile (LBS MBA2009), CEO of ManyPets, an insurtech company focused on pet insurance. ManyPets became a unicorn in 2021 when it was valued at over $2bn.

Luisa Barile joined ManyPets in 2018 at the start of the brand’s meteoric rise in pet insurance from zero to one of the top brands in the UK. In 2024 Luisa became CEO of ManyPets and has since transformed the fast-growing business to a mature and profitable one, capable of scaling further. Before ManyPets, Luisa, an actuary by training, spent 10 years at McKinsey before taking on various leadership roles in the insurance sector. Originally from Italy, she graduated from LBS MBA Class of 2009.

ManyPets is backed by investors such as EQT, FTV and Octopus, and has won Moneyfacts Provider of the Year Award five times since 2021.
