About Chris Thomas:

Mr. Christopher Thomas is the President of TSMC Europe, overseeing the Company’s operations, strategic planning, business management, and leadership in the region.

Mr. Christopher Thomas joined TSMC in 2026. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Christopher Thomas was the founder and chairman of an advisory firm, Integrated Insights Ltd., and held several senior roles at Intel and McKinsey, respectively. Intel awarded him the Intel Achievement Award, the company’s highest honor, and McKinsey presented him with the Fred Gluck Award, the firm’s highest honor for knowledge development.

He was appointed as an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University, a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, and an Advisory Board Member at the Atlantic Council. Chris also served on the Board of Directors for several listed and private companies.

Mr. Christopher Thomas received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and M.A. in Political Science from Stanford University, and his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
