Rachel Bell is a serial entrepreneur who has founded 6 award-winning PR agencies and she is the founder of Brand Spanking Consulting. She is an Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at the London Business School and has a new book out called Start-Ups, Pivots and Pop-Ups: How to Succeed By Creating Your Own Business.
This session will cover the six core qualities at the heart of the entrepreneurial mindset and how identifying people with these qualities can really drive your business.
Rachel is an advocate of hiring brilliant people at the start of the entrepreneurial journey…hiring for attitude and then training for skills.
Having the best team is core to Rachel’s approach – and then making sure they know they are valued by empowering them so that they will work more efficiently and make better decisions.
