The 'Paws : LBS - How to start a startup' series has been designed to give new founders and startup folks the best, multi-discipline, help from day 1.

This lecture looks at the operations function and dissects startup operations into distinct stages. Each stage focuses on an operational-mindset and contains a collection of practical anecdotes and guides that will enable you to efficiently move from one stage to the next.

In particular, Chris Huey will be sharing stories from the coal face, with a panel of operators,
- Ed Barrow (Co-Founder, COO @ Patch)
- Bruce Salamon (COO @ Coniq)
- Zoe Bayliss Wong (Director, Finance & Operations @ Depop)

Expect a wide range of stories from the front line of startup operations and many different interpretations of what it means to be a startup COO/Head of Ops/Director of Ops.

Chris Huey is a veteran investor having worked at NEON and Forward Internet Group for more than 8 years. He co-founded a group buying site called Tip-Token (acquired), sits on the board, as Director, of Secret Cinema and is the current Director of operations at Paws.com.
