Andy Clemson, has been with Cleveland since 2008 and has a particular focus on trademarks, although he has also advised clients on copyright, confidential information and designs. His clients include individuals, SMEs and multinational corporations across a number of different sectors.
Andy has gained particular experience in the prosecution of foreign trademark applications and in the management of global trademark portfolios. This experience has equipped him to add real value to the team’s clients and to ensure that they are able to maximise their IP budgets.
