An Evening with Anuj Srivastava, Founder of Livspace, Angel Investor

The Entrepreneurship Club is extremely excited to introduce one of the first speakers of the year. Anuj Srivastava is an LBS alum, completing an MBA in 2003. He held positions in Silicon Valley including the Global Head of Product Marketing for the eCommerce team at Google, before starting Livspace with his co-founder, Ramakant Sharma, in 2014. He is also an angel investor with significant exits in USA, India and South-East Asia.

Livspace is now South Asia’s largest and fastest growing interiors and renovation brands. It has secured over $100m in funding, most recently receiving c.$70m investment from Goldman Sachs. Livspace has ambitions to become the world’s largest interior design platform.

Anuj started Livspace after graduating from LBS. He will provide insight into why he decided to start his own company after the MBA as opposed to pursuing other career paths, how he used the resources available at LBS and what attributes he looks for in a company as an angel investor. He will also provide vital guidance on how to source funding and grow a company.
