The Entrepreneurship Club is excited to host Joe Tinston, VP of Product and Retention at Bloom & Wild. Bloom & Wild is a fast-growing British online flower delivery company started by Oxford graduate and Harvard MBA Aron Gelbard.

Prior to working at Bloom & Wild, Joe worked for the likes of Ebay, Tesco and OC&C. He now has the exciting challenge of figuring out how best to retain customers in a competitive market. We will be discussing topics such as Bloom & Wild’s retention strategy, the challenges facing a growing start up, how the Bloom & Wild product has developed over time, the pros and cons of working in a high-profile start up and more!
