Details
We are delighted to offer you an event on Innovation in Family Businesses, with a special focus on multigenerational family businesses, on June 9th at 7PM in LT6. This event will be the first to present findings of a recent study among 1,500 medium-sized businesses, conducted by Prof. Sabine Rau, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at King’s College:
“Innovation is THE driver of performance, thus, it is THE antecedent of long-term survival. Why are some older family firms highly innovative while most of them are significantly less innovative than their first and second generation peers? In a qualitative study, Prof. Rau developed a theory what families can do in order to groom innovative successors.”
The event (approximately 90 minutes) is free and you can sign-up online.
