Today’s theme: Finding 'your reason' for joining the family business can dictate whether you first spend a period building your own career outside it. Explore the pros & cons of joining your family business and how to make this crucial decision based on your priorities and personal aspirations..

• how do my talents meet the needs of my family business
• what’s holding me back from joining the family business
• what are my preferred options?
