Daniel Trimarchi

Daniel Trimarchi is part of KPMG’s UK Family Business Consulting practice specialising in family business governance and succession planning with business families of various sizes and complexities. Daniel works with these families to understand their objectives and definitions of success, allowing them to create an effective plan for the future governance of their business and wider enterprise. Daniel has 10 years’ experience working in both Australia and the UK providing consulting services and business strategy and compliance services to the family business market.

Daniel is also Program Director for KPMG Enterprise’s Centre of Excellence for Family Business responsible for the coordination and collaboration of the KPMG Global Network in its approach to the Family Business market and the services that KPMG provides.

David Slater

David is Director - Trade at KPMG UK, where he advises businesses about how to take advantage of international trade and investment opportunities and to succeed in the changing global trading environment.

Before joining KPMG, David spent 16 years in the public sector focussed on international trade and inward investment issues in particular supporting companies to grow in the UK and internationally. This included six years as Director of International Trade & Investment at London & Partners, the official promotional agency for London; seven years based as the British Consulate General in Los Angeles responsible for all trade and investment operations on the West Coast and three years at the British High Commission New Delhi, responsible for Indian investment into the UK.
