Details

A spiritual journey to the American Heartland to return the greatest trophy in (MBA) Rugby to its rightful Regents Park home.

Registration will open at 1:00 PM on Tuesday the 8th of January and remain open for one week.

  1. A £300 deposit is due at registration
  2. Remainder is due in late February
  3. Total cost is still being finalized, but expect approximately £600-700
  4. Flights are not included. See travel note below for travel information
  5. We have a no refund policy for fairness to all Hawaiians. If you register and then cannot attend we will try to help you sell your ticket to another Hawaiian, but no promises or guarantees.
  6. The goal of Long Tour is to crush it at the Duke Championship, so everyone that signs up needs to be commited to working towards that. This means playing members are focused on the game, and non-playing members will be expected to help with coaching, setting up and supporting training, coordinating logistics and water and so on. Long tour is the best trip all year, but everyone that signs up needs to be commited to winning.
  7. We will have two teams playing at Duke.

On a personal note, Duke is a fantastic opportunity to come together and win the MBA World Cup with the group we have worked so hard with all year round. Trust us when we say you will regret not touring!

Send any questions to the WCE.

TRAVEL
Arrive in Washington D.C., USA by 3:00 PM on 7 April. You will check-in to the hotel and then head to 6:00 PM kickoff. Get there however you see fit. There are two international airports serving DC; Dulles International Airport - IAD (in Dulles, Virginia, located 26 miles west of downtown), and Baltimore Washington International Airport - BWI (located 35 miles north of downtown). If you are connecting through Canada and the USA however it would be best to fly into the Reagan National Airport - DCA as it is an easy metro ride into town (but only serves domestic flights).

You'll be free to take flights back beginning on the morning of 15 April (Monday) from Raleigh, North Carolina. Nearest airport is RDU, but book whatever flights you want to.
