Mouthguard fitting with Opro

OPRO will be taking impressions for custom-fit mouthguards (starting at £39.99, PDF document below with more information) between 12:00-14:00 on Friday 20th September. Once you sign up to the event you have two ways to pay complete the information needed:
1) Fill in a form with your details, mouthguard specifications and payment details on the day
2) Complete online form and pay online (below)

2) You will need to complete the required information, firstly by selecting which colour/design you would like, and then the protection level.
3) Confirm the impression method, select 'Impression Visit’. (selecting ‘Impression Visit’, this lets OPRO know that you would like to be seen at the School/Club (LBRSRFC) Visit.  
4) Once you have entered your name and moved on to the next step, you will be asked to confirm your date of birth and Orthodontic Status. You will then need to type in the Club name (LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL RFC). From here, you can add the mouthguard to the basket and checkout.
5) Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an automated email confirming the web order (this also acts as your payment receipt).
