Speaker Bio:
Jacky Lampyl is a devoted practitioner of body movement with over 10 years experience teaching yoga andover 15 years experience in ballet. Movement has always been an effective therapy for her body and mind. Jacky has completed many teacher training courses including Triyoga London (200 hours) and Union Station Yoga (300 hours), and pursued focused study of Chinese medicine, meridian and anatomy as well as western biomechanics of the body to improve her understanding of movement and injury prevention. Besides precise body alignment, she learned a lot about the power of the mind. She aims to bring balance and calmness through movement to create a feeling of expansion, freedom and flexibility from the inside out. Beyond the studio, her practice and teaching increases students' access to resilience, performance, and stillness.
