Join us for a dynamic 2-part workshop during Speak Out Week. This event is divided into two empowering sessions to foster a more inclusive LBS community - use your voice, and others will echo!

Part 1: Use Your Voice to Navigate Microaggressions with WiB
Building on the WiB “Little Blue Book” join us for Every Voice Counts - a workshop to create awareness and practice navigating microaggressions as an individual or a bystander. Bringing women and male allies together in a small group setting, this event is a unique space for sharing and reflecting on personal encounters with microaggressions, with a focus on learning from one another. The heart of our workshop is exploring how we can move from being silent witnesses to active allies. It's about transforming uncomfortable situations into moments of education, support and change. Whether you've faced microaggressions directly or want to learn how to better support those who have, this workshop offers practical strategies for making a difference.

Workshop 2: Use Your Voice to Make LBS More Financially Inclusive with FLII
FLII invites you to an interactive discussion on making LBS financially more inclusive. Share your ideas on how treks, global experiences, stream dinners, and other events can be accessible to everyone, ensuring no one is left behind due to financial constraints. We want your voice to be heard!
Shape the discussion by filling this form.

The event will be followed by lunch.

Together, let's contribute to a culture of equality and inclusivity at LBS.
