The session will be guided by Aman, a fellow LBS student and experienced mindfulness, yoga, and journalling guide. Through thoughtful prompts and structure, Aman will lead us through a guided reflection designed to help you gain clarity, reduce mental clutter, and reconnect with what matters.
No prior journalling experience is needed. This is a relaxed, welcoming space with no pressure to share and no “right way” to write.
Each person will receive their own personalised Moleskine journal to use during the session and take home, so you leave not just with reflections, but with a tool to continue the practice.
