Sponsorship Workshop

Did you know that it typically takes anything from 12-18 months to secure a sponsor from a standing start? Knowing who to approach, with what, and when will significantly increase your chance of a positive outcome within a shortened timeframe.

In this session we will take you through the best route to sponsorship success – how to assess the strength of your offer, how to develop a prospect pipeline, how to make an impactful connection with potential sponsors, how to steward your sponsor once the money comes in and this session will outline the help available to you as you go.

This session will be led by the School's Corporate Fundraising team who have over 20 years’ experience in securing, renewing and growing corporate supporters. Club leaders, conference chairs and anyone who is looking to secure sponsorship in the 2015/2016 year should make this session a priority. Whether your conference or event is taking place in the autumn term or later in the year getting started now is key.
