Chien-Wen Tong

Chien-Wen is passionate about digital technology and its potential to unleash business opportunities and creativity.
Chien-Wen spent 10 years in the Bay Area, first as a Stanford graduate and then working at Gap Inc and Quinstreet pre-IPO. She joined the world of marketing as a WPP MBA Fellow, a highly selective post-MBA program. Chien-Wen’s tenure at WPP has been focused on strategy and digital leadership across multiple agencies including OgilvyOne, J Walter Thompson (JWT) and most recently, POSSIBLE. As Head of Digital Strategy at MEC, she will drive the adoption of data and technology to transform the consumer experience. Her advertising and media experience spans across the categories of FMCG, banking, luxury and hospitality, with key brands including CHANEL, Kit Kat, and Skype.
She is often tapped by CNBC as an industry expert to speak on various broadcast panel discussions.
Chien-Wen holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Product Design Engineering from Stanford University.
Ken Saito

Ken Saito is the Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at ESP Properties, WPP’s first company dedicated to serving rightsholders from the worlds of sports and entertainment, including federations, leagues, events, teams, publishers and venues.
Since 2013, he has been part of the WPP MBA Fellowship, a 3 year executive programme introduced by Sir Martin Sorrell to attract MBA graduates to join executive positions at WPP operating companies.
Ken’s first WPP placement was at Xaxis, a global digital media platform that programmatically connects advertisers and
publishers to audiences across all addressable channels. At Xaxis, he managed the identification, evaluation, negotiation and implementation of global strategic partnerships, investments, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures for the company on a global basis. In 2014, Ken then joined VML, a global digital marketing agency with major operations on five continents. At VML, he worked on discovering new ways technology will play a major role on how brands engage with their consumers.
Prior to the MBA Fellowship, Ken headed the expansion of Acurio Restaurantes, a fine dining business group with restaurants in 12 countries. He has also worked in the CPG, beverage and media industries across Latin America, Southeast Asia and Africa. Additionally, he is an external advisor for hospitality businesses and a member of the Board of Directors of a premium distillery company in Pisco, Perú. Ken holds an MBA from London Business School (United Kingdom) and a B.B.A. from Universidad del Pacifico (Perú).
Karen Saba
Kantar
Karen joined the fellowship in 2014 and has the ambition to build her expertise in the digital and data realm of the industry. She is currently in her second rotation and is responsible for managing the relationship and developing the joint products between GroupM (WPP's Media Investment arm) and Kantar (WPP's Data Investment arm)
In her first rotation, Karen was responsible for rolling out The Loop for Mindshare. The Loop is a decision making engine that puts data and collaboration at the centre of the work and enables teams to behave adaptively.
Prior to the fellowship, Karen worked as a Strategic Planner at JWT and BBDO for a wide array of clients like J&J and P&G. Karen holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.A. in Marketing from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
