We are delighted to announce the upcoming London Business School Middle East Conference, which will be held on March 3rd 2017 at the Four Seasons Hotel at Park Lane.
This year’s theme, "Paradigm Shifts", will explore the changing dynamics in the Middle East, as the fall in oil prices, emergence of new industries, and the prolific use of social media continue to drive stakeholders to rethink the way they do business.
Keynote speakers will include Naguib Sawiris, founder of Orascom Telecom Holdings and one of Egypt’s most powerful businessmen, Najla Al Midfa, founder of Khayarat and the first ever Emirati woman to serve on the board of a UAE bank, and Joe Saddi, a Partner at Strategy& with over 25 years of experience in strategic, operational, and restructuring consulting. A focused panel featuring industry leaders will explore the changing entrepreneurial ecosystems in today’s Middle East. Additionally, Adil Toubia, CEO of Al Ghurair Investment, and Rouzbeh Pirouz, Executive Chairman of Turquoise Partners, a leading Iranian asset management firm, will have an in-depth conversation on their thoughts on the business outlook for the region. The conference will be followed by a networking reception.
The Middle East Conference is the flagship event of the Middle East Club at London Business School and one of Europe’s largest business conferences focusing on the Middle East. It attracts more than 250 guests including diplomats, corporate executives, professionals, academics and students. The Conference provides a broad platform for distinguished speakers to share insights from their fields of experience and industry and an opportunity for those interested in conducting business in the Middle East to learn from the Region’s most successful leaders.
