The Mindfulness & Yoga Society is very excited to launch Mindful Mondays!

Whether you practice meditation regularly or have never meditated but would like to learn, join us for a morning Monday practice with Francis Pollen (MBA2022) for the best and most mindful way to kick off your week!

You can join from anywhere you like, whether you’ve just woken up in your pyjamas or you’re on your way to a lecture, or from a favourite quiet and still space. Find a position you feel comfortable in, seated in a comfy chair or on the floor, lying down, or gently walking... whatever you feel in the moment.

The session will have plenty of guidance to help guide you through your meditation, especially if you’re a beginner.
