- Taught by qualified teachers from the LBS community - sharing the love for yoga.

"I love yoga for so many reasons— the focus it gives the mind, the way it forces us to be in touch with how our body is feeling and the way it can heal trauma are just a few. A yoga “class” is always called a practice and I think that word “practice” sets yoga apart from other exercise. It’s incredible to see how practicing yoga can change someone’s perspective. It certainly has for me."
