Details
Upper-body Power Yoga - this class focuses on strengthening of upper, middle and low back and arms. Followed by deep stretches for the chest and arms and relaxation.
Everyone welcome.
Next in Yoga For Athletes:
- Lower-body power yoga (28th November 11:00) – this class makes your hips, hamstrings and thighs burn. Followed by balance poses, hip opening stretches and relaxation.
- Gentle flexibility yoga (3rd November 19:15) – this class is a typical yoga flow intertwined with multiple joint opening flexibility exercises. Followed by relaxation.
