This free class is co-organised in partnership with Women's and Men's Football, Running and Cycling Clubs as the third in "Yoga for Athletes" series during lockdown. Our goal is to keep you fit and healthy whilst at home.

Lower-body power yoga - this class makes your hips, hamstrings and thighs burn. Followed by balance poses, hip opening stretches and relaxation.

Everyone welcome.

Next in Yoga For Athletes:
- Gentle flexibility yoga (3rd November 19:15) – this class is a typical yoga flow intertwined with multiple joint opening flexibility exercises. Followed by relaxation.
