You're not alone - we all feel stressed from time to time. And guess what - a simple yet effective solution is to talk and share with others.
Mindful & Chill is a 30-minute peer support catch-up offering students the opportunity to:
- Check-in with yourself and others in a casual setting
- Chat with peers and share what's on your mind in a safe space
- Learn tips and tricks from peers and feel connected and supported
Each week's session will be focussed on a theme that others can relate to. This week's theme is STRESS
