A modern, fast-paced and challenging Vinyasa flow practice with elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga woven into its foundations, aimed to move you deeper into postures in a meditative way. Expect to sweat buckets, build strength, find balance and be chilled all in 60 minutes! Yoga foundation recommended, but not required. Beginners welcomed - modifications will be offered.

***About DAVID TRAN

A 9-to-5 marketing professional and MBA2012 alumnus, David considers himself a 24/7 yogi. Born and raised in California, David has lived, worked and studied in New York, Seoul, Sydney and calls London home for over 13 years. His family heritage comes from hard-working immigrants, and his yoga lineage from his teacher Stewart Gilchrist traces back to the founders of modern yoga. He applies both force & compassion to his teaching to support his students' learning & development. David likes to give his students the right level of physical and mental challenge by disguising it with encouragement and humor.
