You are not alone! So let's talk about it and share our experiences.

Mindful & Chill is a 30-minute peer support catch-up offering students the opportunity to:

  • Check-in with yourself and others in a casual setting
  • Chat with peers and share what's on your mind in a safe space
  • Learn tips and tricks from peers and feel connected and supported

Each week's session will be focussed on a theme that others can relate to. This week's theme is PERFECTIONISM
