We are very excited to launch Mindful Mondays! Starting this Monday (19 Oct), we will kick off with a Mindful Meditation with Francis Pollen (MBA2022).

Whether you practice meditation regularly or have never meditated but would like to learn, join us for a sunrise Monday practice for the best and most mindful way to kick off your week!

You can join from anywhere you like, whether you’ve just woken up in your pyjamas or you’re on your way to a lecture, or from a favourite quite and still space. Find a position you feel comfortable in, seated in a comfy chair or on the floor, lying down, or gently walking... whatever you feel to.

The session will have plenty of guidance to help guide you through your meditation, especially if you’re a beginner.
