The KKR Inclusion & Diversity Council is hosting its second diversity event on campus on Thursday, 09 November. This event will serve as a great opportunity for students and alumni to meet various executives across KKR, learn about our industry and what it takes to have a successful career. The program will consist of an overview of KKR, a case study, and a panel discussion followed by Q&A and networking.
Becoming more diverse and inclusive is a strategic imperative for our organization. We recognize that having team members with varied backgrounds and perspectives is essential to maximize our performance and produce better results. It is for this reason, we encourage all candidates with different backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences to apply.
As space will be limited, we ask you to please submit your CV and a covering note indicating how your attendance would contribute towards KKR's Inclusion and Diversity goals to Career Central job id 58234
The application deadline is: Wednesday, 18 October. We will be let successful applicants know by: Thursday, 26 October.
The event will be a fantastic opportunity to learn about the different functions throughout KKR. We look forward to seeing your application.
Please note that this event is being hosted jointly by the PE/VC, WIB clubs and Career Centre. It has been marketed through all three routes and it is not exclusively for women. Women are poorly represented in Private Equity (see the work of Level 20), KKR are keen to redress that balance and for that reason women are expected to form the majority of attendees to this event. They welcome applications from any students and recent alumni who can help KKR achieve their Inclusion and Diversity goals and have asked that you submit a short covering note.
