Rotterdam School of Management is hosting its annual PE Competition on November 16&18 in person in Rotterdam.
Please see information attached - this is a great opportunity to practice skills relevant for interviews, as well as connect with other PE professionals.
How to register:
- LBS PE/VC Club will select 2 teams from the school and sponsor 350EUR registration fee.
- You need to form a team of 4-5 participants, only MBAs / MiFs currently studying are eligible, all participants need to be PE/VC club members if selected to go to Rotterdam

- Please include a short presentation - maximum 6 pages
- 1 page should cover your team: names, programs, emails, short summary of experience
- 5 pages should focus on buyout opportunity for Rightmove PLC. We would suggest following sections, but feel free to adjust as you see fit:
- Executive summary
- Business & market
- Financial projections
- Valuation and returns. We would like to see an answer at which valuation would you be comfortable at making the deal
- Risks / potential further diligence areas
- Fill out LBS Survey - October 15, 23:59
- Internal LBS pitches - October 18-21, likely virtual and will be flexible on schedule
- Decision communicated to selected teams - October 22, 23:59
- Teams to confirm commitment about going to Rotterdam and share required details for registration, October 24, 23:59
- Please note that the team is responsible for flights, accomodation, visas, etc. PE/VC Club is only covering the event registration fee.
