Wall Street Prep will be conducting an LBO Modeling seminar at London Business School on Saturday, November 22, 2025. This intensive 1-day seminar will be led by former investment bankers with applied expertise in LBO modeling methodologies, and provides a great opportunity for students to prepare for technical private equity interviews and internship prep. PROGRAM AGENDA:
Saturday, November 22 (9am-5pm): LBO Modeling
Participants will learn typical deal structures of leveraged buyouts and current market metrics. They will then structure an Excel model for the valuation and analysis of an LBO transaction in line with those typical deal benchmarks using a real life case study.
