Bain Capital Private Credit Course (Certificate awarded to successful participants!) | Lesson 2/2

The PE/VC Club is pleased to host Bain Capital Credit for two lessons on Private Credit:

First Lesson: How to assess, analyze, negotiate, and execute an LBO using a private credit structure.
Second Lesson on Tech Lending: How private credit funds invest in unprofitable businesses.
PE/VC Club members who attend both events in person and successfully pass a quiz on private credit will earn a certificate from the PE/VC Club!

Understanding Private Credit is also important for those pursuing a career in Private Equity, as it helps optimize financial structures to achieve higher returns!
