LBO Modelling Workshop

The PEVC Club and the Career Centre are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a one-day fully online LBO Modelling Workshop. Join us on the 11th of April for this full-day training led by Yuliya Keselman, Financial trainer (AMT, Kat St) and former Healthcare Investment Banker.

In light of the critical circumstances we are facing today, the training session will be delivered via the Zoom platform. Furthermore, Career Centre has kindly offered to sponsor the event and therefore, this LBO training session will be free to students.

When?
The course will run from 09.30-17.30 on April 11th. Yes, we know it is Easter Weekend, but sadly, no family visits this year.

Costs?
Free to students who register. Career Centre has kindly offered to sponsor the event fully.

What’s included?
By the end of the course, the students will have built a fully integrated LBO model (income statement, balance sheet and a cash flow statement) from a pre-prepared template.

The course will cover building the main components of an LBO model, including entry valuation, building of sources and uses of funds tables, financing structures, building of operating models, construction of cash sweeps, establishing exit valuation and calculating returns. We will cover value creation and its components, as well as structuring sensitivity analysis around the main drivers. The course will apply relevant accounting concepts throughout.

This course will be delivered online, using Zoom. We will use a combination of pre-prepared exercises, power point slides, and the model template. The class will receive a complete solution upon completion of the day.

We expect demand for the course to be brisk and places are limited. We recognise that not all who register will be able to take part and we will operate a waitlist, which we expect to be utilized as close as 30mins before the session begins.
