Intro Real Estate Financial Modeling Course

Bayfield will be conducting their introductory Real Estate Analyst Modeling Training on Sunday, 10 November. This is a 2-day course which has been compressed into one full day. The normal cost of this event is over 1,500 GBP; however, they have brought it to us for the special price of 120 GBP. This is a great introduction to financial modeling for real estate and will cover basic cash flow creation, returns analysis, modeling multiple tenant leases, as well as incorporating sensitivity analyses.
