10th Annual Global Energy Summit

The Global Energy Summit is an annual event that provides an outstanding forum for political, academic and business thought-leaders to debate the market dynamics and geo-political fundamentals which will determine the fate of one of the world’s most important industries. This flagship event attracts a rich variety of industry professionals, advisors, recruiters, media and policy makers, as well as enthusiastic business school students and thought-leading academics. The last event (November 2012) brought together over 300 participants, forming a diverse public arena for debate of current trends, challenges and opportunities in the energy space. The 2012 audience included alumni, external professionals, LBS students, sponsors, media partners.

This year's conference is sponsored by BCG, FMC Technologies, Statoil, 8over8 and Yingli. It will take place on Friday 29 November 2013, at the Church House Conference Centre in Westminster, and will address the theme: 

“Energy frontiers: pushing the boundaries”. What frontiers - economic, geopolitical, technological, environmental - are we currently pushing to meet the ever growing energy demand and what potential consequences do we attract in doing so?
