Join us for an exciting evening where we explore the frontier of AI product design, no heavy engineering required. We’re thrilled to welcome keynote speaker Prof.Heiko Hotz, who will guide us through the art and practice of designing AI-driven products: from rapid prototyping with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., platforms like Claude or “Lovable”) to applying frameworks that make products not just functional.

In his keynote, Prof. Heiko will showcase a live demo of building an AI-enabled application using no/low-code techniques, emphasising how quickly ideas can go from concept to prototype, the smart choices behind design, and where you hit the limits (and how to plan beyond them). He will then dive into product-design best practices when AI is central: ideation, iteration, explainability, trust, personalisation, user agency, continuous learning and ethical design.

What you’ll walk away with:
  • A tangible sense of how to prototype an AI product fast, using no/low-code tools.
  • Clear frameworks for designing AI-enabled products that users love and trust.
  • Understanding the trade-offs: when no/low-code is ideal, how to scale beyond prototype, and how to manage design in an AI-centric context.
  • Enhanced awareness of the ethical, user-experience and data-quality dimensions of AI-product design.
  • Inspiration to apply these concepts in student projects, internships, start-ups or product teams.
