Sailing Club Kick-off

Ahoy sailors!

We're excited to welcome all new members to the LBS Sailing Club! We are a fun bunch with upwards of 5 treks a year, regular social events and tons of opportunities to learn the ropes and go from complete beginner to skipper during your time at LBS. We mean it when we say we welcome all levels aboard -- from expert sunbathers to expert sailors -- there is a place for everyone! :)

We are having our official kick-off on the 22nd September at 7pm! 

Come get to know the team and hear firsthand the activities we have planned for you this term, including:
- Salty Dogs - One day/Weekend sailing in England for all levels 
- IE Halloween Regatta: Oct 29th to Nov 1st (open to everyone)
- Alumni Challenge: Mid-October
- RYA day skipper certification training and practices: Oct - Nov

Major activities for next year:
- Global MBA Trophy (Including the amazing LBS regatta)
- The LBS Yacht Week: Croatia/Portugal Cruising Trek
- RYA Gibraltar Trek
- Regular sailing sessions in England 

And LOTS of parties!!! 

Additionally, we will tell you about how to get involved with the Club and how to join our ExCo -- applications will be open following the kickoff!
