Want to know specifics about the trek…?  Read on for all the details!
 
Ticket: 
Tickets include accommodation (5 nights), a ski pass for the Trois Vallées region (including Courcheval and Méribel) from Monday 12th to Friday 16th, coach transfers from/to Geneva airport, and some nights with dinner and drinks!  Beyond your ticket, you can purchase lessons or rent equipment from select Snow Club partners, with whom we have negotiated group discounts on your behalf (details to follow).  The ticket price has changed since last year due to the devaluation of the pound but effectively costs the same in euros. 
 
Flights/Transfers:
You will need to arrange flights to/from Geneva. For Monday 12th, we will provide coach transfers from Geneva to Val Thorens at 10am, 11am, and 12:30pm (Swiss time). Please arrive in time to take the last coach transfer at 12:30pm. If you would like to ski on Monday we suggest you arrive in Geneva in time to take the 10am coach transfer. Some early options are:
  • BA leaving Gatwick at 06:20
  • EasyJet leaving Luton at 06:25
  • Swiss leaving Heathrow at 07:00
  • BA leaving Heathrow at 07:00
For your return flight, we will provide transfers to Geneva airport departing from Val Thorens at 8am, midday, and 3pm on Saturday 17th. When selecting a flight, please bear in mind that the journey can take 3.5 hours.  
 
We advise you to book your flights ASAP when you have your ticket, as prices tend to increase dramatically after release!
 
Insurance:
Lastly, please make sure that you have full coverage for winter sports in your travel insurance and purchase sufficient coverage if not.
