At 32, Davide left a secure investment banking role at UBS to launch a search fund. In less than three months, he successfully raised €52 million, transforming the search fund into a billion-dollar healthcare infrastructure platform.

Hippocrates Holdings has consolidated the pharmacy market over the past seven years, acquiring more than 500 Southern European pharmacies through a bespoke buy-and-build strategy and driving organic growth through cutting-edge innovations in technology, marketing, data, and product development. Today, the platform is one of the largest healthcare infrastructure assets in Southern Europe.

Davide will share inspirational anecdotes and valuable insights from across his unique journey. Assia Belkahia, Partner at Antin Infrastructure Partners, will moreover discuss the thesis behind this investment, as well as its value creation journey and exit strategy.
