About the Speakers

Rich Augustyn is a serial entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience building successful companies in the insurance and HR sectors. He founded Endurance Search Partners nearly 15 years ago, a family office investing directly in Search Fund entrepreneurs. To date, Rich and his partners have supported 100+ CEOs across software, healthcare, and business services. He is deeply passionate about mentorship and currently serves on the boards of ABS Warranty, FIMC, Global CFO, SLG, and United Pet Care.

Bryan Luce is an experienced operator, investor, and mentor with over a decade in the Search Fund ecosystem. He acquired and led a property services business in Palm Beach while also serving as Operating Partner at ESP, combining hands-on leadership with active investing. Bryan has guided dozens of searchers from sourcing to close, developed ESP’s LOI-to-Closing playbook, and launched SearchFundCareers.com. He has also guest lectured at Rice University, Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, and Columbia Business School.
