McKinsey are very excited to once again convene 100 exceptional women across Europe and the Middle East in Paris from May 22-24. This exclusive workshop will provide you with the unparalleled opportunity to explore the importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having in today’s world, as well as shape your own leadership style by playing to your strengths. You will also have the chance to meet our consultants and participate in group sessions, workshops, and discussions.

The program involves meeting senior leaders who will share their journeys, working on an actual case study and unveiling your very own leadership strengths. In addition, you will have ample opportunity for networking with the other participants and discovering the beauty of Paris.

Next Generation Women Leaders is open to students working towards a Bachelors, Masters, MBA or PhD, from any degree, discipline or background and experienced professionals with any background (e.g., business, technology, marketing) and less then 6 years of experience.
