The LBS Wellbeing Club welcomes everyone to attend a talk about how to practice the skill of happiness with Dr Selin Kesebir, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour of LBS.
In this talk, Dr Kesebir will present some ideas that can help us stay sane and be constructive in a difficult world. She suggests that happiness is a skill that we can learn, just like playing the piano. Not all of us can become concert players, but we can all get better at it with some practice.
