Details

Recharge midweek with a 30-minute student-led meditation practice mixing guided instruction and silent practice, finishing with a 6–7 minute deep relaxation. Mats or blankets recommended; bring your own or use limited loan mats. Led by Aman, EMBA 27, 600-hour Sivananda yoga teacher. Drop-in welcome; please RSVP to reserve a spot.

Note: Walk-ins are welcome, but seating may be limited due to mat availability
