An engaging improv workshop that will help you hone your ability to think on your feet — ideal for acing interviews! Boost your confidence and communication skills, enhance active listening, reduce social anxiety, and foster a sense of presence and mindfulness. Join us to discover how improv can enrich both your personal and professional life!

The workshop will be led by Charlotte Monnickendam, Head of Partnerships at Cerina and an experienced improv actor. Charlotte has a strong educational foundation in psychology, global mental health, and healthcare management, she is currently Head of Partnerships at Cerina, beyond her work she is a passionate improv actor. She has completed her training with ‘hoopla impro’ leading her to perform in various shows. Charlotte considers improv to be an essential tool for enhancing well-being. For her, it's a space where individuals can express their authentic selves without fear of judgment whilst enjoying the camaraderie of a fun community. She recognises the impact of improv on developing communication skills. Additionally, the spontaneity and quick thinking required whilst performing directly contribute to honing valuable skills in business and entrepreneurship.
