It will be an insightful and interactive morning where various speakers will share their experiences of being a leader within an organisation like GSK. There will be a focus on the Esprit Programme which is GSK's 3-4 year global talent development program for postgraduates with MBA, MSC Finance or PhD. The goal is to support, stretch, develop and deliver leaders of the future, who can steer GSK through the future strategic challenges.
